Great little cutters, for pastry or icing, really effective and emboss too!
This item arrived in a nicely printed retail package, with sensible and clear instructions on the back. The set contains three differently sized cutters, with a similar snowflake design in each one.
These things are so simple to use, you hardly need the instructions. Just roll out your pastry or icing, use the large disc to cut out your shape, then press the plunger to emboss the top of the shape. If the shape sticks in the cutter, the plunger will quickly push it back out.
The cutters leave a really clean and crisp edge, even on delicate shapes like these snowflakes. They’re very light and simple, with quite a powerful spring under the plunger.
If you’re into baking in any way, these will save you loads of time and give you really professional looking results. Highly recommended.
