Great little cables, better than the originals, great value!
These cables arrived in a nicely printed retail presentation box, inside a protective polythene pouch. The three cables themselves are held inside a foam structure inside the box.
The connectors at each end were protected from scratching by thin cellophane wrapping, they are securely moulded to the cable and won’t pull or fall off. The cables are slightly thicker than the original Apple ones, and feel slightly heavier duty.
Having the three separate cables in the same box is great, you can put one long one in the car, have the short one for laptop use, and use the other for standard power or a PC.
I tested synchronisation and fast file transfer with the lightning end both ways up, on all three cables. The lightning ends were shaped in such a way that they easily clipped into the base of a phone that had a quite thick case on it, with extrusions on the bottom. They work just as well with iPhone 6 and 5S, as they do with iPad mini.
These are clearly a high quality cables, a great replacement if you lose the original, or need spares, so I can definitely recommend them. The presentation box also makes them work great as a gift.
