Five Stars

Really nice, quality leather wallet.

This wallet arrived packaged in a protective sleeve, inside a resealable plastic pouch. A label was attached to the coin purse zipper, and the note space had a polystyren wedge keeping the wallet’s shape.

As I opened the packet, a lovely strong smell of new leather emerged. The leather appears to be extremely high quality, very soft yet holding its shape. This is a long wallet – it’s not going to sit in the back pocket of your jeans, but it really will suit an inside blazer pocket or similar.

As you open the wallet, you see a multitude of card slots – 6 on the right, 5 on the left, plus a windowed holder which can take two cards (one each side of a divider). That’s a whole lot of card space going on! Behind the left row of cards, there are two notes slots (which could take more cards if you needed the space). Under the right hand set of cards, there is a single note holder slot, hiding a zipped area for holding coins.

This is a lovely slim wallet, but it will still take a big bunch of coins for it to lose its shape. I filled it with cards on both sides, along with a huge handful of change, and it still looked as slim as when it came out of the packet. The card slots were initially a little tight, but this is a real leather wallet, so those spaces will gently stretch. All the stiching throughout the wallet is clearly high quality, so it should last for many years.

If you’re on the lookout for a real leather wallet that will improve with age, hold lots of cards, notes and coins, and fit in a blazer pocket, look no further than this one – I highly recommend it. If you just want something small for your back jeans pocket, look elsewhere.
